Business Model &amp; Market (May 12, 2026 | hoi startup factory)<\/strong><br>How does a good idea become a viable business model \u2013 and for whom, exactly?<\/p><p>You will develop an initial viable business model for your idea, understand how and for whom your startup creates value, analyze your target audience and market potential, and examine the competition and your positioning.<\/p><p><strong>3. Finance &amp; Law (May 19, 2026 | BAB LAB)<\/strong><br>How do you build a financially sound foundation for your startup \u2013 and what legal considerations do you need to keep in mind from the very beginning?<\/p><p>You will develop a basic understanding of the financial requirements of your idea, create a simple initial financial plan including a profit and loss statement and a cash flow statement, and learn to make key assumptions about revenue, costs, and capital needs. You will also gain an understanding of the most important legal structures for startups and how they differ, and receive an overview of intellectual property protection and key contracts in the early stages. <\/p><p><strong>4.
