countries in the EU.<\/p><p>Countries must turn the directives into their own laws and regulations.<\/p><p>In Germany, the regulation is called BITV 2.0.<\/p><p>Bremen must also comply with this public authorities?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3dab2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3dab2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Public authorities work for the<strong> administration<\/strong> of a federal state or the federal government.<\/p><p>Examples of public authorities are<\/p><ul><li>public offices and agencies<\/li><li>Some housing companies<\/li><li>Schools and some daycare centers<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>The tax office, for example, is a public authority.<\/p><p>Public authorities are also institutions <br>that receive almost all of their money from the state.<\/p><p>For example:<\/p><ul><li>some museums, libraries, and theaters<\/li><li>some swimming pools and sports facilities<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>A supermarket, for class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The accessibility declaration is a text.<\/p><p>The text is<\/p><ul><li>on all websites of public authorities<\/li><li>in all apps of public authorities<\/li><\/ul><p>However, we will only refer to them as <strong>websites<\/strong> here.<\/p><p>The accessibility declaration states:<\/p><ul><li>How accessible is the website?<\/li><\/ul><p>Experts can check this. <br>The public authority can also check this itself.<\/p><ul><li>Are there still barriers on the website?<\/li><\/ul><p>Then a list of the barriers is included in the statement.<\/p><ul><li>Perhaps <strong>not<\/strong> the entire website needs to be accessible. <br>So there may be exceptions.<\/li><\/ul><p>Then a list of the exceptions is included in the declaration.<\/p><p>Important: <br>The public authority <strong>do not <\/strong>decide on the exceptions itself.<\/p><p>There are strict rules for exceptions.<\/p><ul><li>The declaration must also include the date <br>on which it was issued.<\/li><\/ul><p>Important: <br>The date must <strong>not<\/strong> be more than one year ago.<\/p><p>Public authorities must check every
