The meeting is open to anyone who wants to play an active role in shaping industrial services, digital transformation and innovative production processes — whether from research, industry or the start-up field. The meeting is organised by the Association for Service Management International (AFSMI), an international network for specialists and managers in the field of service and after-sales management. In Germany, the association organises regular chapter meetings to promote knowledge transfer, exchange and networking.
