Contribute your ideas and help shape the future of the Bremen Technologiepark! Explore how new technologies can be tested and further developed in public spaces – together with experts and other participants.

In this workshop, you can contribute your perspective and ideas on an open innovation field in Bremen Technologiepark, where new technologies are tested and further developed in public spaces.

The event will begin with a brief welcome and introduction to the topic. Afterwards, actors from various fields will share their thoughts on the vision of a living lab in short impulses. We then look forward to your active participation in the interactive part of the workshop, in which we will discuss and develop innovative approaches together.

The Open Innovation Field Bremen is intended to serve as a testing ground for new ideas and technologies that can be tested directly with the public. In particular, regulatory challenges and hurdles that are relevant for the implementation of such projects will also be addressed. Together, we want to discuss how the living lab can become a hub for innovative developments and what opportunities this opens up for the Bremen Technologiepark.

Guiding questions of the workshop:
  • What innovations could be tested in the public space of the living lab and what regulatory obstacles exist?
  • How can the Open Innovation Field be used to test new technologies directly with the public?
