On April 9, 2024, a new round of Digiscouts® will start exclusively for companies of the Bremen Chamber of Commerce – IHK for Bremen and Bremerhaven.
During a six-month phase, trainees will identify digitization opportunities in their companies and work with their supervisors to develop suitable plans for independent implementation. The focus is on discovering and developing new digital solutions.
Digiscouts® companies, trainers and trainees are supported by experienced coaches from RKW Bremen. Several companies with trainee projects in a region exchange ideas and learn from each other. The trainee projects are awarded prizes at the end and all participants receive a certificate of participation.
Digiscouts® is a project of the RKW Competence Center, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection. This round is being implemented by RKW Bremen as part of the “RKW Service Center digital in the workplace” project. The “RKW Servicestelle digital am Arbeitsplatz” is a cooperation project between the Senator for Economics, Ports and Transformation and RKW Bremen GmbH. The service point is part of the funding program “Aufbau von Weiterbildungsverbünden” and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
