The Avanja – Women in IT platform has been providing concrete tips and ideas for three years! The Avanja Recruiting Challenge was launched in 2022 to provide even more inspiration. And the Recruiting Challenge was launched again this year. Eight companies had test applicants go through their recruiting process undercover. Where is there potential for optimization? What is going well and what could be better? The result was a lot of feedback. The results of the Recruiting Challenge are presented together with the participants.
