What are the business opportunities in the development and application of “artificial intelligence”? Where do guidelines need to be set, and where are the fields that are best regulated by social partners?

We want to discuss this at the cooperation event “Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence: An Agenda for Bremen” on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 12:00 to 16:00 at the DIGITAL HUB Industry Bremen !

The Hans Böckler Foundation is co-hosting the event alongside the University of Bremen. It marks the start of a new series of events entitled “Transformation gestalten: konkret” (Shaping Transformation: In Practical Terms), with which the Hans Böckler Foundation, together with regional cooperation partners, aims to shed light on transformation issues.

After an introduction by Dr. Claudia Bogedan, Managing Director of the Hans Böckler Foundation and Prof. Dr. Michal Kucera, Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer at the University of Bremen, impulses will follow from Dr. Andreas Bovenschulte, Mayor and President of the Senate of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen and Dr. Verena Bader, Vienna University of Economics and Business. In the panel discussion that follows, we will talk with representatives from science, politics, trade unions and social partners. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for a guided tour of the DIGITAL HUB Industry.

You can register for the event at the following link. The livestream on 24.03.23 will also be broadcasted there.
